Most platform vendors separate their consulting arm from their engineering team. The result is consultants who are familiar with the product, but rarely with the internals, and product engineers who only see customer environments after something has gone wrong.

Netframe Professional Services is staffed by the same core Neon Dynamics team that spend every day building, maintaining and improving Netframe. When you engage us, you get engineers who can answer the complex questions empowered by deep technical knowledge of the platform.

Architecture review

A structured assessment of your existing virtualisation environment and a target-state Netframe architecture document. Typically 2–4 weeks elapsed.

Migration delivery

End-to-end migration delivery from vSphere to Netframe. Wave planning, cutover orchestration, validation, and rollback.

Greenfield implementation

Design and stand-up of a new Netframe environment. Hardware sizing, network design, storage architecture, RBAC and backup.

Operational training

Hands-on training for your operators, day-to-day operations, incident response, capacity planning, and automation primitives.

Health checks

Periodic review of an in-production Netframe environment. Configuration drift, capacity, security posture, and tuning recommendations.

Fixed-price or time-and-materials.

For scoped engagements (architecture reviews, defined migration projects, greenfield builds) we work on fixed-price statements of work. Pricing is structured against measurable deliverables.

For ongoing health checks, advisory retainers, and ad-hoc support beyond what your support tier includes, we work on time-and-materials with capped daily rates.

All Professional Services engagements include access to the platform engineering team for in-scope questions. We are direct, we are transparent about scope, and we do not pad estimates.
